About Us
We started out making pasta. A change in the diet of Sivan, Tami's daughter, led to the development of almond cheeses that are both nourishing and delicious, and the factory became L’Amanderie, producing fresh almond cheese every day.
The family oversees every stage, from product development through to delivery, and our commitment to quality shows in a clean label.
