Terms of Use

This is an informational website. No online sales take place here at this stage, and orders are placed by phone or by email.

1. General

This site is operated by Donna Tami Ltd, company number 516267960, which produces and markets vegan almond products under the Tamiz brand. Using the site constitutes agreement to the terms set out here. We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version is the binding one.

2. Site Content and Products

The site presents our range for information purposes. Photographs are illustrative, and there may be differences in colour, texture, size and packaging between the product shown and the product itself. Specifications, flavours, weights and availability may change. Nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell, and we do not undertake that any product is in stock at any given store.

3. Orders and Enquiries

Wholesale orders and trade enquiries are handled by phone on 054-5147770, by WhatsApp on the same number, or by email at hello@tamiz.co.il. Supply terms, prices and dates are agreed with each customer per order. When an online shop opens, a section covering payment, delivery and cancellation under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, will be added to these terms.

4. Nutrition and Allergens

Tamiz products are almond based and contain tree nuts. Information on this site is not medical or dietary advice and does not replace reading the label on the packaging. It is the consumer's responsibility to check the ingredient list, the allergens and the expiry date on the pack, and to consult a qualified professional in case of sensitivity, allergy or any medical condition.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights in this site, including the Tamiz name, the logo, the photographs, the texts, the recipes and the design, belong to the company or to third parties who have permitted its use. Nothing may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or used commercially without prior written consent.

6. Liability

We make every effort to present accurate and current information, but typographical errors, inaccuracies and omissions may occur, and the company accepts no liability for them. The company is not responsible for content on external sites linked from here, and will not be liable for direct or indirect damage arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.

7. Governing Law

These terms and anything arising from them are governed by Israeli law alone. Exclusive jurisdiction rests with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv Yafo district.

We collect only what we need in order to get back to you.

What We Collect

On the contact form we ask for a name, a phone number or email address, and the content of your message. Providing these details is voluntary and is not required by law. We also collect anonymous operational information about use of the site, such as browser type and pages viewed, for maintenance and improvement.

How We Use It

Your information is used to reply to your enquiry, to handle an order or a distribution request, and to stay in touch about the matter you contacted us on. We do not sell or pass on information to third parties, other than service providers acting on our behalf and only as needed to handle your enquiry, and where required by law or by order of a competent authority.

Retention and Security

Information is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to meet legal requirements, and is secured using accepted measures. We cannot guarantee absolute immunity from intrusion, and we work to keep that risk to a minimum.

Cookies

This site may use cookies for proper operation and to measure use. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and some functions may then not work fully.

Your Rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, as amended by Amendment 13 which came into force in August 2025, you have the right to review the information we hold about you, to ask us to correct information that is wrong, incomplete or inaccurate, and to ask us to delete your information from our enquiry records. You may also withdraw your consent and ask to be removed from any mailing list. We will handle any such request within a reasonable time and at no charge. You are under no legal obligation to give us any information, and the details on the contact form are given voluntarily and with your consent, for one purpose: so that we can get back to you about the matter you raised. Without them we cannot reply. We will not use your information for marketing without separate, explicit consent from you.
